·        a monthly application exercise

·        a monthly AEF meeting (accountability, encouragement, follow-up).

Every module contains an application assignment that requires the salesperson to do what you (we) train them to do. Group accountability is provided through a monthly meeting with peers and managers to discuss the results of their assignments.
